Track and Field

• Huntington University - We represent multiple young runners allegedly molested and battered by Nick Johnson; read the Indy Star for details.

Gymnastics

• Our firm was the original source that broke the Larry Nassar and USA Gymnastics scandal.
• And we were the only lawyers willing to speak the truth about the absolute greed of the lawyers who hijacked the USA Gymnastics case.
• As a result, I believe that the USA Gymnastics case along with the embarrassment I have caused the Olympic movement is a major reason why Center For Safe Sport is trying to "ban" me.

Swimming

• Indiana Hall of Fame swim coach Ray Lawrence - we were able to publicly expose Ray Lawrence, get him removed from the Carmel Athletic Hall of Fame and hold him accountable as part of the Gabrielle N. case
• Gabrielle N. - a confidential settlement but life changing.
• Brooke Taflinger - awarded $2.5 million judgment against her former swim coach, Brian Hindson, who secretly video recorded the swimmer undressing.
• We also have a case pending in New York Federal Court involving Joe Bernal - a long time alleged child molester.

Diving

• Estee Pryor - USA Diving  - the sexual abuse lawsuit against USA Diving is stayed, the case against Ohio State is proceeding and summary judgment has been briefed.

Tennis

• Adrian Jensen - US Tennis - the case was dismissed in Kansas and has been refiled in Arizona in State Court.

• USA Fencing Cases - We settled this case against two coaches, William Becker and Joseph Pipkin. Pipkin had pled guilty to sexual assault in North Carolina and USA Fencing knew it but still let him coach in Phoenix - our lawsuit got him banned.

• USA Taekwondo - A case pending in State Court in New York along with completed cases in State Court in New Jersey, Colorado, and California in both State and Federal Court.
